In fact, the spaces are designed to improve the working conditions and to make the employees feel <\/span><b>comfortable<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"\/?tipologie=interiors\">Obicua<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> designed many workspaces worldwide, taking into consideration not only the spaces available but also the main characteristics of the company which commissioned the work.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In fact, some offices design aimed at inspiring and improving creativity, such as the one of <\/span><a href=\"\/?p=649\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Pardgroup spa<\/strong> <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">which is a marketing company, others at showing professionality with space for innovation as the Headquarter of <\/span><strong><a href=\"\/?p=296\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fintecna<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in Rome.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Below are some tips every architect should follow to design a workspace which stimulate productivity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><b>Open space to feel more comfortable<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Open spaces<\/strong> are definitely the main trend in office design although the emergency situation we faced, pushed us to rethink them in a safer way. Open plan offices stimulate the sharing of ideas and the background noise make employees feel more at ease. Obviously, every person is different so it\u2019s a good idea to consider silent areas where people can focus. In addition, even in open spaces it is a good practice to provide a meeting room to grant some privacy. Open plan design can be rethought in the light of <strong>social distancing,<\/strong> introducing glass dividers between desks.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><b>Comfortable furniture to help productivity<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s sure that providing comfortable and ergonomic furniture boosts <strong>productivity<\/strong>. In fact, if the employee feels comfortable all day in his own workstation, he is more likely to stay focused all the working day. Moreover, <strong>good<\/strong> and <strong>ergonomically-designed<\/strong> chairs and tables help in reducing injuries (and in consequences absences) and make the employee feel someone\u2019s care about his\/her health.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><b>Encourage natural light<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to a research from <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2018\/09\/the-1-office-perk-natural-light\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Harvard Business review<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> declares that natural light improves productivity and <strong>reduces<\/strong> eye strains and headache, respectively 51% and 63%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In particular, <strong>big windows<\/strong> and reflective surfaces keep the employee in contact with the surrounding environment, stimulating creativity. If you are not lucky to have a nice view from the office, it has been suggested to resort to green design.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><b>Breakouts areas to stimulate creativity<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coffee break is often a moment to discuss. That\u2019s why <strong>breakouts areas<\/strong> should be tempting and relaxing. Since <strong>colors<\/strong> stimulate creativity, it\u2019s a good practice to paint the walls of common areas with colors which boosts inspiration. Also the furniture should be chosen to guarantee relaxation and encourage the sharing of ideas as we did in designing <\/span><a href=\"\/?p=1125\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Obicua office<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in Rome.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><b>Don\u2019t forget the correct instructions<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the particular period we are facing, it cannot be missing a special point regarding the security measures from social distancing to the correct hygiene.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s important to design a workplace where people feel <strong>safe<\/strong>.
